As you will be in direct contact with customers you need to be a good communicator. Looking for people who are fluent in Swedish language.
Company language is English, knowledge in other additional languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support, sales, gambling industry and online business are advantages. Most important though is that you have the right service attitude, customer focus and are willing to learn new things.
