Bettingjobs.com are currently recruiting for an Assistant CRM Manager for leading online sports betting and casino brand based in Manchester.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Onboarding CRM Manager to define and deliver the overall strategy for early lifecycle CRM as outlined by the CRM Director and Managers.
• Understand KPI performance, trends and opportunities to improve future campaigns and report on these on a regular basis including monthly reporting which clearly links to P&L KPIs and which focuses on which activities should be increased/reduced.
• Own and deliver key projects both within the team and across the CRM department.
• Utilising customer behavioural data to deliver industry leading early life CRM with a customer first approach.
• Optimise automation and processes across the team. Identify opportunities for automation and scale, coordinating a breadth of teams to implement.
• Lead the team to establish a suite of targeted offers which are bespoke to various customer segments and deliver against KPIs. Grow and develop our existing testing strategies to deliver maximum gains.
• Implement a cross-sell strategy through careful analysis of customer behaviours and oversee the multi-channel execution.
• Deliver sophisticated and customer focused Casino campaigns in a customer’s early life.
• React to seasonal, campaign and audience performance requirements to ensure the highest levels of success.
• Manage CRM marketing executives, developing work plans which align to the team goals, helping them devise personal development plans and providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Maximise performance of onsite promotional campaigns in line with business objectives to engage, retain, upsell and cross sell customers.
• Foster culture of continuous improvement (customer obsessed, outcome focused, openly curious), role modelling the use of all available marketing technology to drive continuous improvement. Work with the strategy and delivery team to pilot the use of new technology and approaches then roll out across teams as appropriate.
• Work closely with the business intelligence team to drive insight driven activity.
• Regularly sharing plans and learnings across retention and reactivation teams.
• Oversee and manage all campaigns from planning through to execution and analyse performance to drive optimised strategies.
• Ensure all parties KPIs are being met and the creative strategy outlined is being carried out. Work with communications lead to continuously challenge and seek development in these areas.
• Work closely with the product and acquisition teams to ensure all stakeholder requirements are being met, a clear strategy between the two is being followed and any synergies/efficiency gains are being achieved.
• Drive your team to deliver and develop communication strategies incorporating automation, segmentation, personalisation and targeting.
• Ensure the team maintain comprehensive analysis into competitor’s acquisition and journey activity, both promotional and communication.
• Ensure all campaigns fall within agreed Compliance guardrails.

Requirements:
• Educated to degree level.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience of delivering CRM that provides a best-in-class customer experience and drive improved commercial performance.
• Customer focussed.
• Preferred experience on IMS platform.
• Strong people manager with experience of coaching and developing others.
• Interest and knowledge of online gambling and marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (ESP software, planning tools & Excel).
• Understanding of the principles of customer segmentation Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Results-driven and commercially aware.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, to precise best practice guidelines while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, uses initiative and ambitious.
• Team player, sociable, can quickly adapt to change.
