As an Affiliate Manager, you are responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing affiliates. Here every day is different and as we are a small team you get to learn the business inside and outside, not only from an Affiliate perspective.
Recruiting new affiliates.
Account managing a portfolio of existing affiliate partners via email, Skype, newsletters, and forums to maximize revenue generation.
Nurturing existing affiliates to deliver incremental revenue month on month, and negotiating deals to attract additional revenue.
Developing strategy briefs and online campaign marketing activities for existing affiliates, including conceptualization of key affiliate marketing messages, copy and creative ideas, execution, and live placement.
Conducting regular competitor analysis – marketing collateral, welcome offers and promotions.
Attending industry shows and events.
Previous experience in online marketing, ideally in the iGaming industry.
Knowledge of online casino products
Strong sales and negotiation skills
The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language skills such as Finnish or Swedish would be a big plus!
Positive and enthusiastic ‘can-do –attitude’.
