15976 are currently seeking a Digital Media Specialist for a successful gaming company experiencing a period of growth. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for the development, execution, optimization, management and growth and strategic marketing campaigns for multiple brands across paid search, display, video, social platforms and more.

The Digital Media Specialist role would be well suited to an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong knowledge of the iGaming industry who is looking to grow their career and drive their own initiatives with a forward-thinking gaming company.


• Supporting internal Marketing teams to plan and execute their Paid Media strategies, from conception through execution through post-campaign analysis
• Sourcing and onboarding of new agencies and vendors
• Manage media negotiations and vendor relationships
• Day to day management of clients, agencies and vendors through campaign briefing, coordination of briefs and assets, campaign optimization, and budget and target reviews
• Responsible for assisting clients to identify initial KPIs and targets, and working with all relevant parties to achieve results, whilst also adhering to best practices for scalability
• Generate meaningful weekly, monthly and period reporting using multiple data sources, to monitor and show progress on all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
• Lead the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing strategies and initiatives
• Oversee and manage all digital campaign budgets, KPIs, ROI, traffic, and analyse trends to determine campaign success
• Work with creative team to develop ad creative, including digital banners, audio, and video
• Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages
• Planning and leading A/B test of ad copy and ad creative across all pertinent paid channels
• Work diligently to multiply ROI from ongoing efforts
• Have a passion for data. Track and analyze sales, marketing, and conversion rate data in spreadsheets


• Proven and up-to-date experience in biddable-based media buying (PPC, Display, Paid Social, etc.)
• Broad base of paid media industry contacts offering a wide variety of traffic types
• Experienced in managing an agency on budgets and growth targets
• Proven experience with relevant technologies (e.g. DSPs, Ad Networks, Tracking Platforms)
• Proven experience with relevant platforms (e.g. Google Adwords, YouTube, Facebook)
• A strong understanding of acquisition and conversion funnel metrics, and how they can be influenced and optimized (including a working knowledge of pixels and postbacks)
• Have a “test and learn” mentality and ability to strategically manage A/B and multivariate testing
• Decision-making ability with a sense of responsibility and ownership
• Strong analytical skills and Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Travel may be required to attend conferences or meetings approximately 2-3 weeks per year
