The Role

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the sustained growth and optimisation of a diverse range of campaigns, playing a key role in the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities will include day-to-day paid search campaign management, keyword research, account structure maintenance, continuous ad copy testing, landing page / user journey optimisation and strategy implementation.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the digital marketing space, be passionate about online gaming and highly analytical with a proven ability to make data driven decisions in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assume executive responsibility for developing and maintaining innovative market leading campaigns whilst ensuring delivery meets all campaign requirements and KPI’s

Day-to-day management and optimisation of multi-platform campaigns including tracking set-up and implementation

Keyword, market and competitor research

Ad copy and landing page optimisation with the goal of increasing core metrics

Production of daily, weekly & monthly activity reports

Bid management using bid rules and bidding policies

Work with the wider Acquisition Team on strategies, budgeting and forecasting

Collaborating with other acquisition channels to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels

Identify areas of growth and opportunity

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years PPC experience with Google and Facebook

Highly analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI from PPC campaigns

Interest in online gaming is desirable but not essential

Experience in managing large monthly budgets

Knowledge of tracking systems and analytics software

Strong analytical and reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Involvement in projects from inception to completion from a commercial and technical standpoint

Impeccable communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business

A team player who has the ability to thrive in a highly pressurised environment
