15958 are currently recruiting for Business Intelligence Analyst for a leading online iGaming services company based in central London.

• Maintenance on a day-to-day basis of QlikSense Apps consisting of dashboards, KPI’s and more detailed reports.
• Managing the creation and dissemination of recurring reports.
• Investigate, document, and resolve requests raised by stakeholders via JIRA tickets, etc.
• Implement change requests for reports.
• Develop new reports and dashboards using QlikSense to bring meaningful insight to stakeholders.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Support, Marketing, and VIP Teams to create new reports based on Stakeholder requests and with little guidance or specifications.
• Understand the scope of different business verticals and communicate cross-functionally with all.
• Analyze data sets and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for the business presenting outcomes from analysis with confidence to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize all available tools to proactively identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.
• Select and deploy appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to help with a range of tasks including trend analysis to identify patterns in behavior, user journey analysis, product gap analysis, A/B Testing, etc.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.
• Provide data and analysis to department heads to assist with the fine-tuning and performance of OKR’s and KPI’s.
• Closely liaise with department heads to ensure teams have correct reporting to measure SLA’S and KPI’s correctly.
• Compile and analyze company, product, and operation data to identify new and missed opportunities.
• Understand the requirements for dashboards from business stakeholders, setting up, maintaining, enhancing, and developing these reports and dashboards using various technical tools (SQL, QlikSense) to drive growth and efficiency
• Ensure all data flows and dashboards are up to date and accurate determining the best solution for delivering clear concise data to facilitate decision making.
• Providing and verifying the validity and accuracy of data and assumptions.
• Ad-hoc analysis - regularly present product performance updates and ad-hoc analyses to support Stakeholders in the decision-making process.
• Setup, analyze, and report on A/B tests for all verticals and utilize other data to measure the impact of new and experimental features with clear recommendations.
• Produce technical specifications where required.
• Proactively engage and investigate new opportunities currently unidentified, to improve business / departmental performance and outcomes in line with business strategy.
• Present recommendations based on findings and investigations from pro-active analysis in a non-technical manner to senior stakeholders.

• Graduate 2:1 (STEM) and +3 years commercial experience in a similar data role.
• Proven work experience as Mid Data Analyst or similar role.
• Extensive experience using data visualization software such as QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Advance knowledge of SQL and comfortable writing complex queries.
• Experience working with complex datasets from a variety of sources.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with and combine multiple data sources to answer key business questions.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis results and processes to non-technical audiences in a clear and positive manner
• Excellent communication skills and an open collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure.
