Bettingjobs.com is working with an exciting iGaming platform and solutions provider seeking to grow their Manchester based team with a Learning & Development Specialist.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will take responsibility for the full L&D life cycle from Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery to Evaluation using a creative and blended learning approach. This role will involve but not limited to:

• Partnering with the Leadership Team and subject matter experts in all areas to identify business driven and aligned learning and development needs
• Designing and implementing digital learning resources and materials that are creative, inspiring and engaging
• Designing bitesize learning workshops on varying topics based on learning needs from the business (both face to face and virtual classroom)
• Designing and delivering management training programmes, workshops, and resources
• Evaluating and measuring the impact of key learning initiatives using feedback loops and metrics to validate value and impact and adapt accordingly
• Presenting new ideas for continuous improvement and managing L&D projects from conception to end
• Working with the wider HR Team to evolve the onboarding and induction of all new employees
• Promoting learning and development throughout the business to create a culture of learning
• Work with the Talent & Engagement Manager to design training comms on all L&D initiatives to be sent to the business

Requirements
• Proven strong experience in a similar position; ideally within iGaming or other technical industries
• Genuine interest in the iGaming industry
• Familiarity with modern training techniques
• Experience utilising e-Learning programmes
• Excellent knowledge of systems and software with a keen interest for technology
• Outstanding communication skills and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
