We're working with a major international betting and gaming firm, hiring a product management leader for a key role within their expanding operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define the strategy and features of all B2C desktop and mobile websites + native apps in alignment with executive leadership
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and own an efficient, company-goal-supporting product roadmap for B2C websites/apps
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through effective management of the website and app development backlog
• Work closely with Sportsbook & Racing product managers to ensure product positioning on the website/app is maximising commercial objectives
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure that all digital channels are optimized to maximise key conversion KPIs (signups, new funded accounts, wagers)
• Take ownership for optimizing the overall user journey and navigational flows for both mobile and desktop websites
• Provide guidance to the Manager of Creative Services to prioritize projects and maximize the output of UX and UI team members
• Establish and maintain processes/frameworks to take products and features from idea to launch by working with suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams
• Drive idea generation for value-adding innovations
• Collaborate with IT to ensure that the website and underlying systems are in robust technical health at all times
• Contribute through entire software development lifecycle including backlog prioritization, user acceptance testing and product issue triaging
• Ensure successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting
• Work with the Insights/CX and CSD teams to elicit customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the delivery of our products
• Manage relationships and budgets with key suppliers/partners
• Continuously follow gaming industry trends and innovations to help ensure that our website is both competitive and compelling in the key markets we operate

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence a cross-functional team to deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presentations, development and production of written materials, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Creative and analytical, able to conceptualize new ideas, research new ideas and evaluate them objectively
• Enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations/decisions using a combination of quantitative data and qualitative rationale

Required Knowledge & Experience:
• 5+ years of product development experience in a senior role, preferably within betting
• Proven track record of delivering successful consumer digital products at scale (show us what you’ve done!)
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
