A major sports media business is seeking an accomplished US betting industry marketing expert to be based remotely from America's East Coast.

Job purpose:
This role will be responsible for creating and managing end to end campaigns, touching a multitude of areas with the ultimate responsibility of delivering the marketing strategy for a US facing brand. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management and growth of our free-to-play and mobile app product. The ideal candidate will combine years of marketing expertise with a solid understanding of US sports and sports betting to help accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive marketing strategy and lead the execution for new products and feature launches
Manage the brand’s tone of voice, working with the team to establish and execute the brand proposition
Work alongside the wider marketing team in the planning and execution of campaigns across paid, content marketing and CRM
Help manage agency and talent relationships
Analyze and optimise campaigns for continual improvement across channels
Participate in product ideation to ensure that products meet user needs and are highly marketable
Manage and maintain further acquisition efforts through F2P contests and promotions
Be comfortable working in a fast paced event led environment - and delivering work
against immovable deadlines
Work with the Performance Marketing Manager in delivering and reporting on the performance of campaigns to the wider business
Work with the Campaigns Manager and Senior CRM Manager to drive tactical promotions and messaging
Understanding of gambling regulation and responsible gambling compliance ensuring campaigns abide by it
Fully understand the audience and position in the market
Ensure all campaigns and communications are creatively excellent and accurate

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
Strong marketing experience in the US, preferably product marketing with a focus on B2C
Experience working within the US sports or regulated sports betting sector to understand the motivations and behaviours of our customers
Strong organic interest in US sports e.g NFL, NBA, NCAAB, NCAAF, NHL & MLB
Direct recent experience optimising content across social media platforms
Previous experience with video or talent management is beneficial
Comfortable with data including using tools such as Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
Hands-on, "get-it-done", results-driven mentality
