    Payments Solutions Manager

    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Payment Solutions Manager to join their team in either Malta or Toronto.
     
    Responsibilities:

    • Track and manage payment service performance, including downtime, success rates, and efficiency across all websites.
    • Maintain productive relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to meet business needs.
    • Provide monthly reports to the Director of Payments and CFO, including forecasts, trends, and market updates.
    • Assist with budgeting based on service provider costs and business forecasts.
    • Coordinate and monitor the Payment Solutions Department’s operational procedures.
    • Maintain knowledge of payment systems and processes.
    • Manage and coach the Payment Solutions Team, setting performance standards and ensuring appropriate training.
    • Enforce process improvements to protect profitability and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with Fraud, AML, Compliance, Revenue, and Customer Service teams for cross-functional support.
    • Ensure continuous team development and alignment with industry standards.
    • Identify new product features and functionalities based on market feedback and competitor insights.
    • Review PSP contracts, negotiate rates, evaluate performance, and conduct due diligence.
    • Optimize payment method allocation to balance customer experience, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
    • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure policy adherence to licensing requirements.
    • Support payment product launches and cross-functional activities.
    • Perform additional duties as required.
