BettingJobs is excited to partner with a rapidly growing online cryptocurrency casino in their search for a remote Fraud Analyst based in Asia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and liaising with internal stakeholders to handle any related queries.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse transactional and behavioural data to detect fraudulent patterns and provide insights to improve fraud prevention rules.
- Conduct fraud reviews and take appropriate action on player accounts flagged by the company’s fraud detection software.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve fraud-related player inquiries and payment concerns.
- Investigate and report players who violate the company’s Terms and Conditions, supporting mitigation efforts.
- Maintain and update internal databases of banned, locked, or flagged accounts for ongoing monitoring.
- Assist in enhancing fraud prevention processes and departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position related to fraud prevention.
- Attention to detail (it’s important to be attentive to details while maintaining a view of the big picture).
- Communication skills (Written and verbal communication skills are essential with internal members of staff).
- Ability to interpret and use common sense.
- Ability to prioritize and time manage (there will be set daily tasks that will require you to self-manage and work on the tasks that are the most important).
- Knowledgeable about online payments and fraud.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends.
- Proficient command of both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Experience in data analysis in some capacity is preferred.
