BettingJobs are working with a long-standing crypto casino who are looking to hire an Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist to join their team in Ljubljana.

Responsibilities:

• Design and launch re-engagement and retention campaigns that drive meaningful opens and engagement.
• Manage deliverability across ESPs, domains, and IPs to maintain a top-tier sender reputation.
• Build clean, dedicated sender infrastructure for our new brand, including subdomains and warm-up plans.
• Segment legacy user data to identify high-potential audiences and revive dormant users.
• Monitor deliverability metrics, open rates, and sender health on a weekly basis.
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing or deliverability, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or another high-stakes industry.
• Deep expertise in email infrastructure, warm-ups, sender reputation, and ESP management.
• A proven track record of reactivating large databases without triggering spam filters.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience launching or rebranding a company or product.
• Knowledge of crypto or iGaming user behaviour.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for segmentation or personalization.
• Strong coordination and cross-team collaboration abilities.
