    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with an exciting online crypto-currency casino in their search for an experienced CRM Manager to join their team on a remote basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve player engagement, retention, and loyalty across all lifecycle stages.
    • Build, optimise, and maintain automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.) using Customer.io.
    • Segment players using behavioural, transactional, and predictive data to deliver personalised experiences.
    • Plan and run promotions, bonuses, and retention initiatives tailored to crypto casino audiences.
    • Monitor key CRM metrics (LTV, churn, reactivation, engagement rates), reporting regularly on performance and insights.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and VIP to align CRM initiatives with player needs and business goals.
    • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise messaging, timing, and segmentation logic.
    • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • 2–4+ years CRM experience in iGaming.
    • Hands-on experience with Customer.io is required — you should be confident building workflows, segmentation logic, and event-based automations.
    • Strong understanding of player lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies.
    • Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Comfortable working with remote teams and async communication.
    • Excellent written English communication skills.
    • Self-driven, organised, and proactive.
