    Chief Operating Officer

    BettingJobs are working with an Online Sportsbook and Casino Operator within the iGaming industry, who are looking to add a Chief Operating Officer to their team based in Dubai.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments and jurisdictions.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of platforms, systems, and services 24/7 across global markets.
    • Translate company vision and strategic goals into actionable business plans and operational roadmaps.
    • Lead and support regional managers and distributed international teams across product, marketing, acquisition, retention, payments, compliance, customer service, and technology.
    • Foster high performance and accountability in a multicultural environment.
    • Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, GGR, player retention, operational costs, and player satisfaction.
    • Implement real-time dashboards and reporting systems.
    • Continuously refine workflows, systems, and platforms to enhance user experience and reduce operational friction.
    • Leverage automation and AI where appropriate.
    • Lead operational planning for entry into new geographies, including licensing, localization, and partner onboarding.
    • Evaluate operational risks and legal implications of expansion opportunities.
    • Align product, Acquisition, Branding, Retention, finance, HR and tech teams with unified operational goals and timelines.
    • Manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with payment providers, blockchain platforms, licensing partners, affiliates, and technology vendors.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and executor for the CEO and provide transparent operational reporting and insights to the board.
    • Lead response plans for fraud prevention, system outages, payments related challenges, regulatory challenges, and other operational risks.
    • Ensure the platform delivers world-class customer experience in terms of usability, trust, support, and engagement.
    • Identify, implement, and manage technologies to enhance operational capabilities and user experience.
    • Support ongoing product innovation through operational alignment and feedback loops.
    • Ensure full compliance with gambling, financial, and crypto regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
