BettingJobs is currently working with a leading iGaming provider looking to hire an Art Director to join their team in Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the overall visual style and art direction of the live studio, leading the design team to achieve creative goals.
• Collaborate with senior management and production teams to determine the visual concept and style of the project.
• Supervise the work of the design team to ensure consistency of all visual elements.
• Review and provide design feedback to guide team members to improve the quality of their work.
• Manage the design projects budget and timeline
• Interviewing and training new designers to improve the overall level of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or related majors, master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the design field, including more than 2 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent creative ability and visual aesthetics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
