    LATAM HR Director

    BettingJobs is working with one of the fastest growing iGaming companies in Latin America, who are looking to add an HR Director to their team in São Paulo.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers to improve performance management practices and promote employee development.
    • Identify training and development needs across the organization and implement appropriate programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
    • Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and deliver training initiatives aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all LATAM locations.
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
    • Partner with other departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Operations, to support business initiatives and address organizational challenges.
    • Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with company-wide HR strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in LATAM countries.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in team management, coaching, and development.
    • Fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Spanish languages.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
    • Experience in the gaming industry or other highly regulated sectors is a plus.
