Today at BettingJobs, we are delighted to commemorate Liam Deehan's 2nd work anniversary. Liam started his BettingJobs career as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in 2021 after completing a degree in Marketing and Business Studies at the University of Stirling.
Liam has developed a wide range of skills and knowledge in the two years that he has been with us, which has allowed him to become an integral part of our team, and he now specialises in recruiting for some of the biggest names within the iGaming industry. Although Liam joined us at a time when we were conducting all our operations remotely due to the pandemic, he quickly fitted into his role and has gone on to have a successful career which we are very proud of!
We spoke with Liam who describes career with us so far, as well as the strong corporate culture at BettingJobs:
"I received mentorship from a senior member of the BettingJobs team during my first year, which allowed me to obtain valuable insight into the industry, expand my network, and gain experience in iGaming recruiting. Despite the fact that I joined the team when we were working remotely, everyone made me feel so welcome and were always on hand to answer any questions I had. This demonstrates the team-oriented workplace culture we have at BettingJobs and the fact that we always ensure we work together to support one another. This is one of the key attributes that attracted me to working at BettingJobs, as the strong team culture was really apparent from the beginning.
Since I started with BettingJobs, I have been given the opportunity to travel to some amazing locations including the French Alps as part of an incentive trip, as well as Malta and London for some of the largest iGaming industry conferences.
