This week at BettingJobs, we are delighted to be celebrating our inspiring CEO Jennifer Innes’ 17-year work anniversary.
Jennifer began her iGaming career in 2006 as a recruitment consultant at BettingJobs, based in our very first office above a dental lab in the Tradeston area of Glasgow. Since then, Jennifer has gone on to achieve some amazing things and has worked diligently to reach her current position as BettingJobs CEO. Jennifer has successfully driven our company to where it is today - the global leading iGaming recruitment solution providers servicing the industry (thankfully with a bigger office space).
Jennifer continues to reinvest her wealth of industry knowledge and experience by mentoring new team members at BettingJobs, allowing them the best possible start to their careers. Taking a new recruiter under her wing each year, Jennifer works one-to-one with new starts over a 12-month period to support them in their journey to becoming a fully-fledged, 360 iGaming Recruitment Consultant.
Passionate about promoting equal opportunities, Jennifer has also been an early advocate for All-in Diversity Project's initiatives directed at tackling gender inequality within the iGaming industry. Jennifer took part in an insightful article conducted by iGB in early 2022, where she discussed the issues surrounding gender bias and inequality within the iGaming industry.
Jennifer has accomplished these remarkable achievements while balancing her home life as a mother to young twins with the demands of running a successful business and making her mark as a highly respected and influential iGaming professional.
