Rebecca Jackson, Administration and Operations Co-Ordinator and Morgan Neil, Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator at BettingJobs recently celebrated their one-year work anniversaries.
We spoke with Rebecca and Morgan to hear about their first year with us.
“My experience since starting at BettingJobs has been a very positive one. I have always felt like a valued team member, and I love the fact that everyone works together to solve problems and create a fantastic working environment.
It has been very interesting to learn about the iGaming industry, as I had no prior knowledge of it.
I appreciate the fact that no two days are the same at BettingJobs, and there are always new and exciting things to work on. I am so grateful to be part of the BettingJobs team, and I can’t believe how quickly this first year has gone by. “I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year at BettingJobs. I started my career here fresh out of university and, naturally, was apprehensive about entering the world of work. However, the BettingJobs team quickly reassured me and made me feel welcome from day one.
Over the past year, I have learned a lot and found it fascinating to gain a deeper understanding of the iGaming industry. A highlight of mine was attending ICE365London for the first time earlier this year. The experience was eye-opening due to the sheer size and footfall of the event. I also enjoyed networking with the amazing women of the iGaming industry during the Games Global event at the Sunborn Yacht Hotel, where I met some lovely people and learned valuable skills which I have transferred to my everyday working life. It was fantastic to help oversee our stand design and be involved in all aspects of marketing for the conference.
Most recently, I was involved in a full company rebrand which saw us unveil our brand-new logo at SiGMA World Americas x Brazilian iGaming Summit to great success and amazing feedback.
I can't wait to see what the next year has in store for me at BettingJobs. With our impending 20th anniversary celebrations and more exciting projects in the mix, it's bound to be a great year!” – Morgan Neil
