In 2018, Scott took his first step into recruitment with BettingJobs and has since grown to become a member of the Senior Management Team. Scott brings solid industry knowledge and recruitment experience to the global iGaming sector, working closely with both established companies and growing businesses. His focus areas include commercial, product, and technology roles.
Scott takes a thoughtful, practical approach to recruitment, aiming to match the right people with the right opportunities. He’s known for listening carefully to what clients and candidates really need and building relationships based on trust and clear communication.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys attending gigs, playing golf, and keeping active through running, having taken part in a number of competitive races.
