    Head of Digital / Head of Acquisition

    BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company. They are a UKGC licensed operator who are looking for a Head of Digital / Head of Acquisition to join their team on a remote basis within the UK.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the digital marketing and acquisition strategy for the UK market.
    • Lead performance marketing across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, SEO, and Affiliates.
    • Manage and optimise the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, cost-per-acquisition, and lifetime value.
    • Oversee the performance and output of external partners—including Onyx and other marketing agencies.
    • Drive a rigorous test-and-learn approach across creative, landing pages, channels, and audience segments.
    • Ensure all digital acquisition activity meets UKGC regulatory requirements and ASA/CAP guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and compliant acquisition environment.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, channel attribution, and overall acquisition KPI trends.
    • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, technologies, and partnerships.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience leading digital or acquisition strategy for a UK-focused sports betting, iGaming, or highly regulated digital brand.
    • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience driving performance across core digital channels.
    • Deep understanding of UKGC requirements and responsible gambling marketing standards.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience overseeing agency partners.
    • Data-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable owning the acquisition budget.
    • A strategic thinker who’s also comfortable rolling up their sleeves when required.
