BettingJobs are working with a multi casino operator. They are seeking a French speaking VIP Manager to add to their team based remotely.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound communicating with VIP customers using the appropriate channels.
Build relationships with VIPs by creating player profiles, road mapping players and showing acute attention to detail.
Identify potential VIPs from acquisition and ensure they are managed effectively to maximise player value and reduce risk of churn.
Monitor VIP player(s) betting frequency and latency to identify significant changes in behaviour patterns and design communications and processes to help prevent these players from churning.
Attend VIP Hosting events to build and further establish personal relationships and rapport with VIP members to ensure their continued loyalty to the company.
Requirements:
Experience within the Online Gaming Industry essential.
Previous experience within a VIP role preferable.
Native French language skills
Knowledge and passion for gaming essential.
Ability to pick up processes and VIP handling methods quickly essential.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a pleasant, polite manner via telephone and email are essential.
Excellent written and spoken English essential.
Approachable manner with the ability to build rapport with VIP members preferable.
Previous experience of attending hosting events preferable.
