BettingJobs are working with a newly launched crypto casino brand who are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Dubai or the Philippines.

This role can be undertaken on either a part-time or a full time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly profit & loss reporting
• Track GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus costs, provider fees, affiliate commissions, fraud
• Maintain internal dashboards and financial reporting tools (Google Sheets)
• Reconcile finance data with marketing, product, and operations
• Spot anomalies (bonus abuse, profit drops, margin issues) and alert team
• Improve internal workflows for speed, accuracy, and transparency

Requirements:

• You’ve worked in iGaming finance or casino operations — you get how these businesses run
• Comfortable building reporting from scratch and improving existing systems
• Excel/Google Sheets power user — you know how to build what you need
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communicator, and very detail-oriented
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines without reminders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with affiliate payouts or bonus modelling
• Familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Looker
• Based in EU or Asia time zones (preferred, not required)
• Bonus if you’ve worked with SoftSwiss or similar crypto casino platforms
