Affiliate Managers
Are you interested in working for an expanding market leader?

A top sportsbetting company, offering casino, poker, odds, bingo and games is looking for Affiliate Managers who have the overall goal of maximising revenue and profit.

THE ROLE
This is offering the right candidate an extremely challenging, fun and rewarding position in our Affiliate Team based in Malta.

As an Affiliate Manager you will form part of a successful team with high targets and get the chance to be involved in a fast paced working environment and be part of a great team.
Your key responsibility would be to increase intake of new customers and revenues through new and existing affiliates (partners), initialize, manage and optimize partnerships within given markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively seek out, contact, follow up, negotiate and close potential partners by phone, e-mail, meetings and trade shows.
• Manage and maximize revenues and customers from new and existing partners.
• Thorough understanding of online media, online advertising and especially affiliate marketing and sales. You will understand the benefit of various commercial structures including, revenue commissions such as CPA, CPM, CPC, ROI, etc.
• Create and manage online media relationships, working in close cooperation with other departments to ensure these partnerships deliver the result required.
• Actively search and implement new methods for identifying and recruiting potential partners.

You are solutions oriented and have a creative sales mind. You are analytic and diligent with an attention to details and figures. You have strong social skills, are a self-motivated doer and effective and well organized under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Sales experience with proven results, preferably from the I-gaming industry
• Fluent in English, other languages spoken in our focus markets is meriting
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Previous affiliate sales experience from the iGaming industry with attached network is highly appreciated.
