A very reputable and well know Poker brand are looking to recruit an Online Poker Affiliate Manager.

They are looking to recruit a Poker Affiliate Manager to join the team, based in Malta and reporting to the Affiliate Program Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
" Increase affiliate revenues
" Identify, negotiate and close business deals with leading casino affiliates
" Manage and motivate an existing portfolio of affiliates, optimize and develop their performance to maximise player traffic.
" Identify and manage the acquisition of new affiliates through proactive cold calling and networking.
" Be an ambassador for the company
" Create a day to day working interface with all departments that support the company's affiliate marketing activities (Web Creators, Copywriters, IT, Translators, Retention, Promotions, Product , Finance, Customer Service, etc.)
" Attending relevant exhibitions and conferences.
Experience required (the successful candidate will have):
" At least 3 years expert knowledge in online poker, with a thorough understanding of poker affiliate marketing - Previous experience in a role managing poker affiliates
" Excellent affiliate contacts throughout the gaming world - a real leader in the marketplace.
" A proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills
" Analytical skills and a thorough understanding of profit/loss and ROI
" A degree level education
