FINNISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT

A popular iGaming company which offers sports betting, bingo, games, poker and casino is looking for a Finnish person to join their customer support team (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!)

THE JOB:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and operating a live chat facility
- Dealing with queries relating to gaming and game rules/regulations; account transactions; and technical issues.

THE PERSON:
- Native Finnish
- Good grasp of English
- Customer Service experience in a face-to-face or call centre environment
- Ability to relocate to Malta and start work by May
