This European company specialises in manufacturing and selling unique beds/mattresses.

They are looking to add 2 Germans to their customer support team as they begin to break into a new market.

Role Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming calls (B2B and B2C)
- Giving product information, shipping/handling information
- Soft sales element: closing deals with customers who call up interested in a particular product.

Role Requirements:
- Native German speaker
- Good command of English
- Service minded (call centre experience preferred)
- Commercially aware.
- MUST ALREADY RESIDE IN MALTA
